I came to Eastcliffe after leaving my previous GP because I was not consulted in an increase in medication so I was wary. However everything has been near perfect. Friendly and extremely helpful reception staff. A health check carried out by a warm and welcoming nurse. Wonderful doctors. Could not recommend it enough.

It has much longer opening hours than my previous surgery, including Saturday. For working people this is essential. The practice is much bigger, this together with my previous point, means it is much easier to get an appointment, albeit it not always with my own GP, but better that than no appointment at all for weeks! The waiting room is large and airy with enough seating that you don't have to sit next to someone sneezing and coughing. Staff are efficient and helpful, genuinely trying to accommodate you where they can. The GPs and nursing staff seem much more proactive about preventative measures like weight etc

From the receptionist to the chemist next door this practice really does deliver great care and service. Nothing is too much trouble and great patience is taken at every step. Obviously no-one enjoys having to go to the doctors but at this surgery I really feel I'm getting the best on offer.

The surgery is large and busy, but all staff are unfailingly friendly and helpful. A nice touch is that the doctors come to the waiting room for you, rather than summoning you by buzzer - a human touch that is appreciated by patients. An increasing range of services is offered, reducing visits to the hospital.
